From its humble beginnings as a two-night comedy show to the sensational proportions of its gala performances, theatre and club shows, open-air venues, street theatre, film component, television specials and industry marketplace, the world�s largest comedy event has grown immeasurably. Last summer, 874 artists from around the world had 1.3 million people in stitches for 11 days at over 2,000 shows and performances.
