What: Dallas Blooms is a celebration of
spring at the Dallas Arboretum, which is arguably one of top five floral
display gardens in North America. This year’s festival features more than
300,000 spring-blooming bulbs, more than ever displayed in the 20-year
history of the festival. In addition, floral displays will include 20,000
spring-flowering azaleas, 70,000 pansies and violas and thousands of other
spring blooming annuals and perennials.

spring flowers in uncommon jewel tones surrounding the new Trammell Crow

20th Anniversary Celebration:
This spring, Dallas Blooms celebrates its 20th
anniversary. Since the first festival in 1984, millions of visitors have
come to the Dallas Arboretum for the springtime floral display, and the
event has become the Southwest’s largest outdoor floral festival. Dallas
Blooms 2004 will feature more flowers than ever and will include a host of
activities to commemorate 20 terrific years of floral festivities.

activities for adults and children. Hands-on crafts and demonstrations, live
musical entertainment, afternoon tea and more.
Admission: Adults, $7. Seniors 65 and over, $6.
Children, ages 3 – 12, $4. Children 2 and under, free. On-site parking, $4.
