The best Halloween Menu I have ever seen

There are many ways to celebrate a holiday. Many people believe Halloween costumes are important for  the holiday and prizes are awarded to the most unique, most unusual, most elaborate and most ridiculous. (one really elaborate, unusual, unique and ridiculous costume could theoretically win in all three categories)

But I would like to award a prize for the best Halloween menu.  Here it is:

First Course
The Red Death
Red Snapper Ceviche with Lime, Beets and Red Chili’s
Finished with Bulls Blood Micro Greens

White Truffle Kobe Steak Tar-Tar with Kimchee Puff Pastry Bones
Topped with Pan Fried Quail Egg

Second Course

Blackened Grouper Filet Served on Pumpkin Risotto Cake with
Spicy Clam and Bacon Broth and Seared Arugula

3-Pepper Crusted Beef Tenderloin Served on Tiny Yukon and
