The guide features a fold-out map and calendar of events to help direct visitors to the best that Reading and Berks County, PA has to offer. The map guides visitors to Berks County communities like Kutztown, heart of fancy Pennsylvania Dutch Culture; West Reading and its quintessential "Main Street, USA" ambiance; the Oley Valley with its 1700's stone farmhouses and beyond. The calendar lists dates for crowd pleasing events including the 11th Annual GPU Berks Jazz Fest in March, the 11th Annual World War II Weekend at the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum in June and the First Union Betsy King Classic in September. In addition to these larger events, the calendar features many cultural and heritage celebrations, summer block parties and holiday events that round out a trip to Reading any time of year.
