Hold the seasonal fruit baskets. California-based Charbay Vodka just introduced its four-pack sampler of ultra-premium fresh fruit flavored vodkas that offer fresh fruit flavor all year long.

A recipe booklet for cocktails such as a Blood Orange Cosmopolitan is included.

The beauty of the 100ml is that it makes two cocktails, says Marko Karakasevic, the inventor and distiller of Charbay Fresh Fruit Flavored Vodka. Now you can easily have fun trying all four flavors.

Just as in cooking, great ingredients make great cocktails. Charbay Fresh Fruit Flavored Vodka is designed to contribute smooth, clean vodka and intense fresh fruit flavor that doesn’t t wash out when shaken into a cocktail with other ingredients.

As Marko Karakasevic explains, Imagine making a Lemon Drop with lemonade, which is 95% water, versus making a Meyer Lemon Drop packed with fresh, sweet Meyer Lemons at 80 proof. You get intense, real flavor, no artificial ingredients, great color and great vodka.

Charbay Fresh Fruit Flavored Vodka is made once a year by Miles Karakasevic, a 12th generation Master Distiller, and his son, Marko, the 13th generation distiller. Together they hand-select whole, premium fruit picked at the peak of ripeness. The orchards span from Porterville, CA to Texas and Veracruz, Mexico.

Extracting the flavors and colors of the fresh fruit using the family s proprietary distillation technology requires nearly six months. The fresh fruit extract is then integrated into a smooth, clean, ultra-premium vodka base, distilled four times from American Midwest grain.

The 100ml pack ($29) is available in select shops in CA, CO, IL, NY, NJ and by mail order (where legal). All four flavors of Charbay Fresh Fruit Flavored Vodka, plus Charbay Vodka (clear/unflavored) are also available individually in 100ml bottles ($7).
