Scotland’s Spirit is Heaven-ScentEdited by Madelyn Miller, the travelladyA perfume inspired by Scotland and its national drink, whisky, has been created by world-renowned perfumer, George Dodd in his Perfume Studio in the North of Scotland. The Spirit of Scotland perfume has been designed in the beautiful North West Highlands, using a blend of natural oils from many parts of the world, to create the rich and lightly musky aroma.
Although the perfume does not actually contain whisky, the blend of ingredients has been chosen to echo the complex smoky tones that are characteristic of the Scottish island malts. The nearby, 4-star hotel, Pool House is now working with the Perfume Studio to provide perfume packages. Consistently listed amongst the most romantic retreats in Scotland, Pool House is a thoroughly unique refuge on the seashore of Loch Ewe.
