Dive and Dine
Four Seasons, Nevis
Four Seasons Resort Nevis guests can now enjoy a true
interactive dining experience, from catch to grill, with the Resort’s new
“Dive and Dine” program. Visitors can spend a morning scuba diving in the
Caribbean Sea with the Resort’s newly appointed Executive Chef and expert
diver Cyrille Pannier, and dine that evening off the catch.
“Dive and Dine” will offer guests the chance to
encounter and catch the freshest seafood of the Caribbean Sea, including
lobster and exotic fish such as wahoo, mahi-mahi, kingfish and yellowfin
tuna. Following this exploration through the crystal waters off Pinney’s
Beach, the Chef will host a private lunch at the Resort where he will
divulge his secrets for best preparing the morning’s catch with other
Nevisian ingredients for dinner. Guests can leave the cooking to Cyrille
and his team as they enjoy the afternoon, then return that evening to one of
the Resort's world-renowned restaurants to feast on their morning’s labor.
Guests can observe as their dinners are prepared.
The “Dive and Dine” Experience includes:
A Morning Energizer Breakfast
Private Scuba Dive (Two Tank) with Executive Chef
Cyrille Pannier and Dive Guide
