Book a Last Minute Cruise

Sail the Galapagos on the Luxury, Eclipse

Frustrated by sold out situations in warm weather locales?  Normally sold out cruises open up for last minute travel planners.

If you've had your heart set on the Galapagos, you can now turn the negative into a positive.

Many travelers frustrated by the normally sold out December holiday period, can take a cruise on the Eclipse, the luxury expedition vessel sailing in the Galapagos.

As a result of some last minute cancellations, the four following week-long cruises have just become available:

December 11 - 18; December 18-25; December 25-January 1; January 1- 8

The Eclipse, a 26 cabin, 210-ft expedition vessel, offers the largest staterooms, all with outside sea views, on-board naturalists and English speaking guides during week-long voyages.

Voyages begin each Saturday on this 7-night cruise, allowing more time to view the rare wildlife found only in this spellbinding part of the world.

The experience begins with a 2-hour flight from Quito, Ecuador to Baltra Island in the Galapagos.  The voyage ends the following Saturday morning at Baltra with the same flight back to Quito.

Prices for the Eclipse range from $3,700 per person for a suite to $3,000 for a deluxe single cabin on the main deck.  Price is inclusive of all shore excursions, all meals, soft drinks and juices on board and snorkeling equipment.  Prices do not include:  flights to and from the Galapagos Islands, Galapagos National park entrance fee ($100), hotel accommodation and airport transfers in Quito.
