Beginning April 1, applications will be reviewed by the Four Seasons Wedding Dream Team and narrowed to just five couples. These five couples will then complete a face to face interview with the Wedding Dream Team who will narrow the field to just three couples. On April 14, the three finalist couples will be interviewed on Good Morning Texas. Viewers will have one week to vote via a special web site that will be detailed at that time. The contest is directed by the Four Seasons Wedding
Dream Team headed by Brian Ettelman, Director of Catering. It will require
interested couples to have dinner at the resort’s premier restaurant, Café
on the Green, between February 4 and March 31 to celebrate their engagement
or to stage their proposal. “Call us in advance and we will make sure that
this is a very romantic and special experience for you and your fiancé,”
Ettelman says. After dinner, the couples will complete a simple application
that will ask them to write a brief response as to why they should be
selected. Applications will be returned to the Café Manager and a photograph
will be taken of the couple to validate their entry. Dinner reservations may

The Four Seasons Wedding and Honeymoon Dream Giveaway
is valued at more than $30,000 and includes nearly everything the bride and
groom will need to create a memorable experience.
The winning couple will also participate in a series of
features on Good Morning Texas that will air through the spring and early
summer. The stories will include expert advice from the Four Seasons Wedding
Dream Team including Ettelman, Lucy Rivas of Bella Flora, Chef Syre and
Four Seasons Executive Pastry Chef Randy Gehman for menu planning and cake
