Sensual Cooking Classes with Shani Castri

Beginning today through midnight March 7, 2005, consumers can log on to www.AppetiteForSeduction.com and enter to win a class for themselves and up to five (5) friends to learn how to cook a sexy meal for the loves of their lives from a woman who knows how to heat things up, especially in the kitchen, “Sensual Cooking Diva,” Shani Castri!  The class will be held on Monday, March 21 from 6:30-9:30 PM at EVVIVA! Restaurant, located at 186 Avenue A in New York City.

The winner will be able to choose from the following which menu he/she would like to prepare that evening:

• INSATIABLE ITALIAN: Bruschetta alla "Bagna Cauda," Tomato and Smoked Mozzarella Torre, Fettuccine with Sea Urchin, Scallop & Porcini Cream Ragù, Fonduta di Cioccolata "Piccante"

• MUCHO MEXICAN: Tortilla Soup with Avocado, “Noche Buena” Pomegranate Salad, Chicken Mole, Sultry Mexican Coffee

• WITH LOVE FROM FRANCE: Oyster Beignets with Saffron Mayonnaise, French Toast with Pomegranate Pears, Truffle “Faux Soufflé,” Grapefruit Anise Flambé

The winner’s class will experience intimacy as they learn how to turn a meal into a sensual celebration, by taking the first steps to create a fun, entertaining, sensual meal. Shani takes the class on a journey through the preparation, the explanation of the effects of aphrodisiacs on the libido and their romantic history.  In addition to enjoying the sensual meal that they’ve cooked, the class will leave with recipes, restaurant coupon, aphrodisiac information and more.  (All contest details and rules are located on the website.)

About Shani Castri

Shani Castri, the “Sensual Cooking Diva,” knows that the first ingredient in any dish is Love.  Appetite for Seduction combines this ingredient with aphrodisiacs in any menu that will induce romance, stimulate seduction and spark love.  Shani’s first TV appearances have been in Italy on “La Prova del Cuoco,” a popular Italian cooking show, nationally broadcasted on RAI1, and as a co-host for a demonstration on “Questo ho fatto io,” where she prepared one of her succulent recipes for Italy’s Gambero Rosso channel.
