The Chocolate Bar That Doesn't Melt in Your Hand is Back!Every Friday and Saturday at The Ritz-Carlton, PhiladelphiaWhat's brown or white, chewy, crunchy or velvety smooth and almost always evokes a smile? No need to fudge on an answer. It's chocolate, of course, and at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia chocolate rules in The Rotunda every weekend evening. Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30 to 11:30 p.m., chocoholics and their friends are invited to partake of The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia Chocoholic Bar. Temptations include a variety of chocolate cakes from chocolate truffles to "Big Fat Devils Food Cake," tarts such as candied orange and bittersweet chocolate or chocolate ganache and caramelized banana. Delicacies also include blondies and brownies, reverse chocolate chip cookies, chocolate croissant pudding with Jack Daniels crème anglaise, chocolate fondue, coconut and chocolate bombs, white chocolate and raspberry mousse, a crepe station and many more cocoa creations. The Chocoholic Bar is priced at $15 per person plus tax and gratuity. The AAA Five Diamond Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia is located at Ten Avenue of the Arts.
