Caribbean Cuisine Competition
The

April. The event forms a major part of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs calendar of
events around the World. Chaîne Des Rtisseurs is an international
gastronomic society founded in Paris in 1950. It is devoted to promoting
fine dining and the pleasures of the table through the social interaction,
hospitality and expertise of its members.
The Chaine Des Rôtisseurs Young Commis competition will
bring together the top culinary talents of the Caribbean and the Atlantic to
compete and celebrate Caribbean cuisine. For a limited time only the Manager

exclusive Chaîne Des Rôtisseurs weekend including an elegant dinner with the
Bailliage of the Turks and Caicos and Bailli Paul Newman, an Island Tour to
some of the most beautiful spots on Providenciales, a Chaîne style brunch on
one of the many deserted beaches of North Caicos and an exclusive place at
the official Caribbean Food Celebration and Award Dinner at the acclaimed
