Chef Allen comments My customers appreciate the best foods, the best atmosphere, the best quality. I have been importing conch from the world's only conch farm in Turks and Caicos for a couple of years. This competition highlights the link, I and other chefs have made with this high end island chain. A relationship that has opened up a whole new world of exciting seafood dishes.

Andre Niederhauser, Manager of the Point Grace Resort adds Point Grace resort caters for the highest taste. When the winner arrives they will be welcomed with fresh flowers en suite, Caribbean drinks and foods as well our flavoured shaved ice a favourite treat for many of our guests.
