Wedding Dreams Come True

Westin Maui

Whether it’s a beachside ceremony at sunset or a morning celebration in a lush, blossom-scented gazebo, The Westin Maui’s newly opened “Celebrations of Aloha” wedding center can help couples create the perfect romantic event to celebrate their love.

This full-service romance center is headed by Debbie Graham, Hawaii’s only Director of Romance®.  Graham and her experienced staff will stop at nothing to create the perfect wedding or vow renewal.  “We believe no detail is too small and no request is too big to make dreams come true,” says Graham. Wedding coordinators can tend to a couple’s every need, from securing scented Hawaiian blossoms for bouquets and boutonnieres to finding a photographer who can capture the excitement of the day on film.  Graham and her staff can also coordinate receptions for 10 or 100 guests, and rehearsal dinners for family and friends.

“Couples are swept off their feet by our wedding coordinators, who take care of everything from booking the wedding officiant to making sure the elegantly decorated two-tier cake looks just the way they imagined,” boasts Craig Anderson, general manager of The Westin Maui.  “The only thing left for the bride and groom to do on their special day is say ‘I do.’”

Pre-set wedding packages range from the simple to the extravagant, and are priced from  $625 to $2,250.  Couples can also customize their ceremony or select from an ala carte menu of options to further personalize their union.  The following wedding packages are being offered for 2002:

  • The Unity Wedding, which includes a Hawaiian lei exchange, champagne and Westin Maui champagne flutes.

  • The Intimate Wedding, which includes a nosegay bouquet and boutonniere made from Hawaiian blossoms, champagne, Westin Maui champagne flutes, photographer and customized wedding album.

All wedding packages include a non-denominational officiant, wedding certificate, wedding coordinator services and site fee.

The “Celebrations of Aloha” staff can also organize a rehearsal dinner or sumptuous wedding buffet for the couple and their guests.
