Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book 12th Edition

The 12th edition of the Better Homes and Gardens Cook book, once again reigns supreme. This book has continually provided cooks with recipes that are tried and true. Cooks can open this book to any page and be sure when they fix that recipe they will be fixing a family favorite.

Key to this new edition are the 1,200 recipes, many are new with sizzling tastes and texture, others are updated version from classic dishes, and still more offer ethnic flavors, fresh ingredients, and lower fat content. So there’s something for everyone. 

This 12th edition cook book continues the tradition of providing the young inexperienced cook with step-by-step instructions, helps them to learn how to use those kitchen gadgets everyone told you were a must, and it teaches the most accurate measuring methods, the way to select fresh fruit at the local supermarket, and dozens of other need-to-know facts while perfecting those cooking skills. All 21 of the ease-to-read index chapter pages that have made this book famous in their easy-to-read ring binder and its numerous finished food photographs also help the cook when there dish looks as good as the picture when they present it to there family. This book also covers topics such as food safety, menu planning, table settings, and a thorough glossary on ingredients and techniques contribute to making this edition and indispensable kitchen resource for all cooks.
