A Valentine’s story that won’t break your Heart

By Madelyn Miller, the TravelLady

It is sort of storybook fairytale even though it is not really a love story.

Mark Andrus and Stacy Madison both had a passion for good food and healthy living, so they left their careers and bought a food cart. They began making all natural pita roll-up sandwiches and at the end of each day, they seasoned and baked the baked the pita bread into homemade, delicious chips.

Before they knew it, Stacy’s Pita Chip Company was born.

At first it was just the pita chips. But this delicious-thinking duo also created Soy Thin Crisps and Bagel Chips. With all them, you can feel great knowing that you’re eating all natural, baked snacks.

My favorite flavor is the multi-grain pita chip. It is perfect for when one grain just isn’t enough!  This hearty all natural chip is made with stone ground whole wheat flour, rolled oats, and with sesame seeds that you can see and taste. And as always, they have 0 grams trans fat and 0 grams cholesterol. There are also other flavors—simply naked, Parmesan Garlic & Herb, Pesto and Sun Dried Tomato, Texarkana Hot and Cinnamon Sugar.

The Baked Soy Crisps come in Sweet BBQ, White Cheddar and Buttery Caramel.

The Baked Bagel Chips Flavors are Simply Naked, Everything, Toasted Garlic and Whole Wheat.

They are the perfect chip for dips, spreads or a sliver of cheese. For some of their recipe ideas

In a snack emergency you can call their Chip Hotline 1-866-4-stacys

I am not the only one who loves them. On their website, there is a page for lovenotes from people who adore their product. Maybe this is a love story after all.

Madelyn Miller is a travel and food writer. She discovered these delicious chips while researching an article for www.cocktailatlas.com but decided they were so good, you did even need a cocktail to enjoy them (I guess that is the naked part) Or maybe you are supposed to eat them without any clothes on. But that is another story.
