Now the spectacular experience that is Millie is coming to the Music Hall at Fair Park, presented by Dallas Summer Musicals July 22-August 3. The production, presented by Olay® Regenerist™, is directed by Michael Mayer and choreographed by Richard Ashford, with a book by Richard Morris and Dick Scanlan, music by Jeanine Tesori and lyrics by Dick Scanlan. The musical, based on the 1967 Oscar-winning film of the same name, features 15 songs, including two from the film, four standards from the 1920s, and 9 new songs by Tesori and Scanlan. The second week of the show the theater is dark on Monday, with performances resuming Tues., July 29 through Sat. Aug. 2 at 8 p.m. There are matinees at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 31, Sat.
