300 Best Stir-Fry Recipes

There
is no reason why stir-fry need remain the domain of Asian cooks. It’s simple,
takes few ingredients and cooks up quickly. In fact, with a few staples on-hand,
you can take advantage of almost anything fresh food for a great stir-fry. For
the most part, the staples would be soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, sugar (both
brown and white), gingerroot, hot pepper flakes, canned coconut milk, green
onions, Thai red curry paste and some dry sherry.
It was a pleasure to see McDermott has included some
recipes which call for cucumber in warm, cooked dishes. Your reviewer first
encountered this on the Island of St. Kitts, and it was delicious. Here’s an
overview of some of the 300 recipes.

sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, chicken, oranze zest, orange juice, sugar
gingerroot, carrot and cilantro.
