With Hair that Looks like a Bird’s Nest, Vince Vance is the Perfect
Performer for the Arboreteum
Edited by Madelyn Miller, the TravelLady
This
songbird doesn’t just sing, he comes complete with a bird’s nest.
You can see and hear him soon in Dallas.
With 18-inches of vertical hairdo, Vince Vance makes Lyle
Lovett look normal. Add the vivacious Valiantettes girls trio - Velicity, Vixie
and Vandy - to a 15-member band and you have a hilarious evening of family
entertainment.
ARBORETUM'S COOL THURSDAYS CONCERT ROCKS ON WITH
VINCE VANCE AND THE VALIANTS
Extend the Fourth of July holiday with The Dallas
Arboretum's Cool Thursdays Concert Series presentation of "the ultimate party
band" on Thursday, July 5.
Vince Vance and the Valiants are favorites of Dallas
Arboretum concert-goers. The performance begins at 7:30pm; gates open at 6pm.
Besides
rock and roll classics, Vince plays some of his own hits; meanwhile the
Valiantettes coax members of the audience onto the stage. Amazingly, Vince
portrays a dozen characters in 90 raucous minutes.
