Red and White and Green

edited by Madelyn Miller, the TravelLady

Most people have a favorite and can easily decide if they want red or white wine. But now there is another choice. Green. The wine doesn't look any different, (unless you have had way too much of it) but the way it is grown is very unique. You enjoy the health benefits of wine and feel good about the way the grapes were grown. I'll toast to that--won't you?

ABOUT THE PALM:

The Palm Restaurants proudly serve select cuts of USDA prime-aged beef, jumbo Nova Scotia lobster and premium seafood.  Known as the "place to see and be seen," the famed walls of each Palm are adorned with the caricatures of celebrities, politicians, and socialites who make up its impressive customer base.  Through four generations, the two families who opened the original Palm in 1926 on the east side of Manhattan have maintained co-ownership of the restaurant company. Executive Vice President Bruce Bozzi Jr. continues the evolution of the Palm Restaurant Group as it moves into a new generation. The Palm currently has more than 25 restaurants in 24 cities across the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.  For more information on The Palm, visit www.thepalm.com.
