The American Heart
Association Dallas Division Announces 2005 Côtes du Coeur Celebrity Chefs and
Featured Wineries for April 9, 2005 Event
WHAT:
Côtes du Coeur International Fine Wine Auction & Celebrity Chef Dinner,
presented by Presbyterian Healthcare System will be held on Saturday, April 9,
2005 at The Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion. In pairing gourmet delicacies from
the finest chefs in Dallas with wines from around the world, the event has
become one of the most anticipated of the year, attended by more than 1,200
patrons. Highlights include a live and silent auction featuring rare wines,
hard to find vintages, exclusive trips and other unique offerings.

The Côtes du Coeur International Fine Wine Auction & Celebrity Chef Dinner is
one of the largest fine wine auctions in the Southwest. Côtes du Coeur,
(translated as “vineyards of the heart”), was founded in 1992 to raise money for
cardiovascular research and heart health education programs. Côtes du Coeur
bestows the prestigious Tête de Cuvée (“Best of the Best”) Award for outstanding
achievements in the wine industry and efforts to promote a healthy lifestyle in
compliance with American Heart Association guidelines.
