Texas' Biggest Celebrity Visits Dallas

"Bubba", Texas "Biggest" celebrity, will be visiting Dallas during the Byron Nelson Golf Tournament, May 16^th and 17^th.   He will be accepting visitors at the restaurant that first made him famous.....Pappas Bros Steakhouse.

"This is HUGE!" claims Pappas Bros, General Manager Judd Fruia.  "Bubba is a golf fanatic, and has been calling me almost everyday.  He wants to meet the golfers, and I invited him to hang out with all of them here.  What is even more incredible is that the players have been calling for the chance to meet him!"

Pappas Bros. is a favorite dinner spot for the PGA Pros during Byron Nelson Week.

Bubba burst onto the celebrity scene just a few months ago.  A restaurant in New York sold a Kobe hamburger for $65, and at that instant, his life was transformed.

Bubba is the celebrity steer for YamaBeef, the Kobe Beef Company that supplies Kobe product to an A list of America's restaurants.  Newspapers all over the world picked up on the burger story, and next month's Esquire Magazine will feature a Kobe Hot Dog on the cover. He will make the commute from his ranch home both days.

Bubba doesn't talk much, but he loves all the attention.  Only five years old and over 2700 lbs, he is still a youngster at heart, so children and well-wishers will be welcome to visit, pet, take and get autographs (noseprints) all weekend long.
