customers as the race to ship the wine all around the world as quickly as
possible has become a global phenomenon and is popular in countries such as
America and Japan.”
Jones adds:”Passengers travelling on the 00h01 Gatwick

be drunk just six weeks after harvest.
“Gatwick Express is the fastest, most comfortable way to
travel between London and Gatwick Airport and our ethos has always been to offer
our customers something extra and exceed their expectations. By offering our UK
and international clientele the opportunity to sample the new wine, they can
experience an exciting worldwide event and we hope to add a little fun to their
journey.”

The Beaujolais is a French AOC (Appellation d’Origine
Controlee) wine generally made of the Gamay grape which has a thin skin and few
tannins. The creation of the Beaujolais Appellation was recognised by decree on
12 September 1937. Beaujolais tends to be a very light-bodied red wine, with
relatively high amounts of acidity.
