Make Your Own Ritzy Martinis

Get ready to shake and stir your favourite martini in The Greenhouse at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago. The new "Make-Your-Own Martini" Kits challenge experts and novices, alike, to test their bartending skills.

Select three of your favorites from the Greenhouse martini menu and they’ll provide the ingredients, along with a martini shaker, martini glass and garnishes on a tray, so that you can create your own concoctions tableside.

Dazzle your friends as you prepare Cucumber, Watermelon, Mango, Apple, Chocolate, Seedless, Dirty or Pom V martinis, using a variety of vodkas, liqueurs and flavored juices.

The "Make-Your-Own" Martini Kit is available in The Greenhouse of The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, an airy atrium setting, offering sweeping views of the hotel's skylit 12th floor lobby.

The Greenhouse is open for cocktails from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 midnight, Monday through Thursday; from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday; and 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Sunday.
