Faith Heller Willinger is a born-again Italian, moving to Italy 25 years ago with the
goal of learning all about Italian food and wine. She studied Italian cooking with
professional chefs and home cooks. She traveled the back roads, learning from the Italian
culinary artisans who make the country's world-famous food products and wines. EATING IN
ITALY has the best insider information from Faith's quarter century of research.
Today, along with her ongoing studies, Faith works with food professionals and intrepid
eaters interested in learning about Italian food and wine by arranging itineraries, which
