At CARMEL VALLEY RANCH

While your looking out your window, enjoying the breathtaking views at Carmel Valley Ranch, you may get a bit hungry. Of course they would be happy to bring you something delicious from room service, but maybe you would rather not be interrupted. And wouldn�t it be fun to be a child again and pretend you are at camp. A very very upscale camp.

Here�s a quick refresher course in how to do one of the favorite camp things�make a perfect s�more.

  • 1.  Gather round your fireplace. You do not have to get dressed up or anything for this.

  • 2.  Place marshmallow on roasting stick and hold about two inches above direct flame until perfectly roasted.

  • 3.  Take one square of graham cracker and top it with a square of chocolate

  • 4.  Take the toasted marshmallow (still on the roasting stick) and place it on top of the chocolate.

  • 5.  Place a second square of graham cracker atop the marshmallow and slide the stick out gently while sandwiching all ingredients between the graham crackers.

  • 6.  Sit back and enjoy, and don�t be afraid to tell a scary story or two
