The Eden Roc Resort & Spa, the 349-room grande dame of Miami Beach, announced the introduction of its new, signature Lifestyles Wellness Center, featuring programs that enable members and guests to reflect an attitude of health and well-being that fuels the soul and keeps body and spirit in balance.
Eden Roc Spa is now offering programs led by industry experts that are comparable to a Canyon Ranch-type of experience - yet they are offering it in a daily membership spa atmosphere. Quickly becoming a cutting-edge facility where members and their guests can work on all aspects of their health, to create more fulfilling lives all year round, Eden Roc Spa will offer the latest in holistic treatments and lifestyle counseling.
The center’s directors and owners have brought in a host of industry professionals. Featured experts include David Sontag, specializing in Oriental medicine, relationship specialist Rachel Levy and nutrition authority by Chef Greg among others. In addition, special make-up offers by renowned make-up artist to the stars, Nancy Rand of Touch Cosmetics are offered.
The 35,000 square foot Eden Roc Spa offers a full array of persona services, including massage therapies and body treatments. Guests also enjoy complimentary use of steam, sauna, Swiss showers and pools. A glass-enclosed weight room overlooking the resort’s Olympic-sized swimming pool and the ocean features Cybex VR-2 equipment. The cardiovascular theater has the latest computerized treadmills, cycling and stair climbing equipment, and a 16-channel personal audio/visual system which allows guests to enjoy music and/or the television program of their choice as they exercise. A rigorous, daily aerobics class schedules features step, high- and low-impact instruction as well as innovative techniques such as Spinning and Box Aerobics.
